What if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos showing your concerns

How will my plants be packaged?

Plants will be securely packaged plastic free packaging. For convenience of transport foliage may require trimming prior to posting. Some plants may also be in a dormant state.

Where do you post to?

Currently I post Tasmania wide.

Can I collect my plants in person?

Yes plants can be collected in person from my Hobart nursery in Southern Tasmania.

How much is postage?

Postage and handling costs are 

When will my plants be sent?

Orders will be posted on Mondays or Tuesdays to limit time your plants are in transit.
