Lisaura is a tough drought tolerant deciduous shrub with golden leaves. During early spring the new leaves are golden yellow but they turn lime-green as the season progresses. The lavender-blue flowers are produced in the leaf axils of the current year’s growth. It can be cut it back during winter to promote lots of new growth and flowers. It has received the RHS award of garden merit.
