Swamp Foxtail Grass, which is native to Australia, has beautiful, cascading dark green foliage that rustles in the wind. The foliage turns  golden yellow to beige in autumn.
It flowers in early summer to autumn with fluffy, reddish purple to coppery tan, fox tail like flowers, on arching stems. It makes an excellent cut flowers for fresh and dried arrangements.
