Sesleria caerulea or Blue Moor Grass is an evergreen ornamental grass which grows in mounds.  It has pale blue/green leaves with a silvery underside which forms dense clumps from which spikes of fluffy white/green flower heads emerge. These stand just above the foliage, which shows off the soft texture of the inflorescence.
