• Plants are able to be posted to Tasmania, Victoria, NSW, ACT and Queensland. International postage is not available.

• Local pickup is available and is the last option in the postage options for Tasmania.

• Shipping costs start at $22 and are calculated on the number of plants purchased, shipment type and the postal destination.

• Orders will be processed on the first working day of the following week to reduce the potential plants will be in transit over a weekend.

• A shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information will be sent after orders are posted.

• Plants are carefully packaged to minimises transit damage in plastic free packaging.  If you have any concerns about the plants you receive, then please contact me immediately. I aim to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. NOTE Depending on the time of the year some plants maybe in their dormancy period with minimal foliage.

• In the event of a lost or damaged order, please contact us via email.

• There can be delays in Australia Post services especially during the Christmas period. During these times, Express Postage is recommended to reduce the time plants are in transit.
